Avocado Facial Mask for Supple Skin

Avocado is packed with nutrients and lots of good fat.  I know people say fat and run the opposite direction, but remember everything in moderation isn’t bad necessarily.  Anyways, avocado is not only good for reestablishing elasticity in your hair, but also in your skin.  If you work out on the regular like I do, these mask(s) I’m going to list can be a life saver for your skin.  Even if you don’t work out these mask can help get rid of nasty dry spots that just won’t go away no matter how much moisturizer you slather on them.  Plus it’s winter for some of us right now and we need all the moisture we can get. Mask #1: 1/2 of soft avocado 2 tbs of hot water 1 ts of honey Peal and mash the avocado with a fork or in a mixer or bullet. Dissolve the honey into the water and add it to the mashed avocado. Put it on your face, using your fingers or a paint brush or even a makeup brush. Avoid the area of your eyes and mouth. Keep 10 minutes and wash away.
